- All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
- All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
Shipping
- Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
- We ship items Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours of payment.
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- If we ship the wrong item, we will ship the correct item at no extra charge to you.
- US Orders are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail.
- International Orders are shipped First Class International Mail. Delivery times to International locations tend to vary. It is impossible for me to give you exact shippment dates as Customs can hold things up. Rarely has there been a problem.
Returns
If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact me. All orders are guaranteed. You will receive what you ordered in a timely manner. Period. But mistakes occasionally happen. If a mistake happens, all remedies will be pursued quickly so as to deliver your order asap.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of my products and service after the sale, then contact me for a full refund, less shipping and handling within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please, do not return any items without first contacting me.

All DVD Customers will be permitted to begin watching online videos from DVD 1 after payment is verified. This process is done manually, therefore please allow a few hours to be activated for online viewing.
Note that this is a free service and provided as a courtesy to my customers. I cannot guarantee this service, yet, so far everyone has been able to view the videos prior to receiving their DVDs.
